By accessing and using PerfectFit ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

PerfectFit is an AI-driven population filtering application that allows users to define arbitrary criteria and receive estimates of how many people in the world match those conditions. The service uses artificial intelligence to search the web for demographic percentages and applies these cumulatively to produce population estimates.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account using Google sign-in authentication. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date

4. Credit System and Payments

PerfectFit operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to access the service's features.

4.1 Credit Purchases

• Credits can be purchased through our payment processor, Paddle
• All prices are displayed in your local currency where available
• Credits are non-refundable except as required by law
• Credits do not expire unless otherwise stated

4.2 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed securely through Paddle
• Paddle handles all payment data and PCI compliance
• We do not store your payment information
• All transactions are final unless required by law

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable laws and Paddle's refund policies. Unused credits may be eligible for refund under certain circumstances.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service to generate harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the Service
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Share your account credentials with others

6. AI and Data Usage

PerfectFit uses artificial intelligence to provide demographic estimates and population filtering services.

6.1 AI-Generated Content

• All demographic estimates are AI-generated and for informational purposes only
• Results should not be considered as definitive or authoritative
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated estimates
• Users should verify important information from authoritative sources

6.2 Data Sources

• The Service aggregates data from publicly available web sources
• We do not claim ownership of third-party data
• Data accuracy depends on the reliability of source materials
• We strive to use reputable sources but cannot guarantee their accuracy

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our data collection and usage practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Payment information is handled by Paddle and not stored by us
• We use Firebase for authentication and data storage

8. Intellectual Property

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

• All demographic estimates are approximations and should not be used for critical decisions
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated results
• Data sources may be incomplete or outdated
• Results should be used for informational purposes only

9.3 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PerfectFit be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10.1 Effect of Termination

• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately
• Unused credits may be forfeited unless required by law
• We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which PerfectFit operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
